Settlers of Catan

Created for my cousin, who is responsible for the slick paint job.

Printed on my Minimax. Used Meshmixer to scaled the pieces 2X the size of a normal board. Split the border
pieces into three chunks. They wouldn’t fit on my print bed without adjustments. Sanded the edges and superglued them together. Colors used: transparent blue, white, black, yellow, and green. The red hexagons were printed with white PLA  and then spray painted red
(see pic).

3D Eez bed treatment was used to prevent edge curling (see pic).

Average print settings:
.2mm layer height
20% infill
no supports
no rafts
